Description

Authentic large shoulder tote bag from the house of Celine, from the iconic "Ring" line dating from the late 1990s. A very fine vintage piece, bearing witness to the prestigious Michael Kors era at Celine (1997-1999). • Material: Deep black patent leather with a lovely shine. • Signature details: • Large single handle secured by a metal ring engraved with "CELINE" on the front. • Square plate engraved with "CELINE PARIS" on the back of the attachment. • Interior zipper with a medallion pull stamped with the "C" logo. • Exact dimensions: • Height: 32 cm • Width: 35 cm • Bottom / Base: 35 x 12 cm • Strap length: 96 cm (perfect for comfortable shoulder wear) Condition and wear details (sold as is - see photos): • Exterior leather: Good overall condition, the shine is well preserved. Presence of normal signs of wear on the patent leather (notably discreet micro-scratches on the bottom of the bag). • Hardware / Metal: The metal parts were originally fine gold-plated. Over time and with friction, the plating has naturally faded to reveal a silvery tone. The original gold remains visible inside the engraved letters, which testifies to its authenticity. • Interior: Leather lining showing signs of wear. Please note: the inside of the zippered pocket has been restitched. The pocket zipper remains fully functional. 100% Authentic. No date code present, which is entirely standard and consistent for manufacturing of this specific range and period at Celine.
